This quote defines clearly how I see fitness. Fitness is not simply about building muscles or burning fat it is first and foremost about improving your mental condition.
What we want to teach to through our fitness lessons is obviously how to be healthy... but also life lessons regarding their body, physical capacities and mental limits.
As fitness a coach, my goal is to help you breaking your limit and reaching your potential to its fullest!
