What is conditioning workout?


As fitness has become increasingly famous in the past decade you must know that there are different types of practices in the fitness world as people have diverse goals.


Some people tend to focus on the physical aspect of their body without considering their strength or stamina (body fitness) whereas other prefer to focus on the weight they can lift (heavy lifter).


We do not focus on the physical aspect of oneself, nor do we focus on the number of Kg someone can lift, what we want is to improve our client's overall condition, both physically and mentally!

Conditioning is about training you in a way that gives you enough physical strength, stamina and mental stability to allow you to face any kind of challenges! If you have to run, swim or do some climbing, your body will ready, it will be conditioned to physical and mental hardships.

Even though we do not focus on your physical appearance, an efficient conditioning workout will definitely bring you visible results in addition to your great condition.


We believe that having muscles but not being able to run or to have an overall good stamina is not going to condition you body to face your daily life!
