SQUATS

The king of exercise.

In many Asian countries, the deep squat is learned at an early age. In this posture, the knees are fully bent, hips flexed, heels on the ground, and the buttocks lowered close to the floor. People use this position for daily activities such as eating on the floor, socializing, relaxing, and performing certain household chores.

A deep squat is a sign of good fitness. Achieving it requires hip mobility, knee flexibility, and lower back strength.
